Terms and Conditions for WebSocify: Website Builder and Social Media Management Tool

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using WebSocify, a SAAS product that provides a website builder and social media management tools. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of WebSocify. By using WebSocify, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use WebSocify.

1. Beta Release

WebSocify is currently in beta release, which means it is still being developed and tested. You understand and acknowledge that beta versions may contain bugs, errors, and other issues that may impact functionality, performance, and user experience. By using WebSocify, you agree to provide feedback, suggestions, and reports on any issues you encounter during the beta testing period.

2. Use of WebSocify

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use WebSocify. By using WebSocify, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2 Account Creation: To access and use WebSocify, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the account creation process. You are also responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

2.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use WebSocify for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to, violating applicable laws and regulations, infringing intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, distributing malware or harmful content, or interfering with the proper functioning of WebSocify.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership: WebSocify and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to us. These include but are not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses to WebSocify or its intellectual property.

3.2 Use of Content: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use WebSocify and its content solely for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of WebSocify or its content without our prior written consent.

4. Beta Testing and Feedback

During the beta testing period, we encourage you to provide feedback, suggestions, and reports on any issues you encounter while using WebSocify. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and incorporate your feedback into WebSocify and our future products or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of WebSocify, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

6. Modification or Termination of WebSocify

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate WebSocify, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of WebSocify without liability or obligation.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on WebSocify. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of WebSocify after the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
